BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICING:
2024
The cost is R34,200.00 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
2025
The cost is R36,500.00 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The cost is R36,750.00 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
2026
The cost is R39,300.00 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
PAYMENT POLICY:
50% Deposit required within 48 hours of making booking.
If the booking is made less than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is required when making the booking.
If the booking is made more than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Your booking is only confirmed once payment of the full amount payable has been received (including security deposit).
On receipt of your final payment (including security deposit), you will receive an email confirming your booking, dates and number of guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation must be made via email and confirmed by the lodge.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancel less than 3 weeks before check-in – forfeit 100%
Cancel less than 6 weeks before check-in – forfeit 75%
Cancel less than 9 weeks before check-in – forfeit 50%
Cancel more than 9 weeks before check-in – you get a 100% refund
As a lot of work goes into each booking, a 4% admin fee on the total amount quoted for that accommodation will be charged on all 100% refunds.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security/damage deposit of R10 000 (ZAR) is required and is payable before arrival and when the balance is due.

In the event of any breakages / damages details will be communicated to you via email within 48 hours of your departure.
